Jason San Souci is a distinguished geospatial sciences expert with over 20 years of experience in remote sensing, GIS, and drone technology. As Chief Drone Operations Officer, Jason brings a unique blend of technical mastery and operational leadership, having specialized in combat intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) operations during his career. He has trained and mentored more than 1,000 drone operators, equipping them with the skills needed for both commercial and defense applications.
Jason’s credentials include the ASPRS Certified Mapping Scientist – UAS (CMS-UAS), GIS Professional (GISP), AUVSI Trusted Operator, and Level 3 Thermographer certifications, reflecting his commitment to excellence and industry standards. A graduate of the US Air Force Academy with a Master of Engineering in Space Operations, Jason has led critical infrastructure inspection programs, developed innovative drone solutions, and served as a subject matter expert for drone mapping and sensor integration. His leadership extends to co-founding Neurodiversity Works, where he has pioneered technical training programs for underrepresented groups, and hosting the “Do You Know Drones?” podcast to make drone science accessible and engaging for all audiences.

As Founder & CEO of Drone Ops USA, Nicole Corder is an accomplished entrepreneur with over 25 years of business ownership and leadership experience. She has founded and led several successful businesses across diverse industries, consistently demonstrating a keen ability to identify opportunities and drive organizational growth. Nicole’s expertise encompasses strategic planning, brand development, and operational management, providing her with the business acumen required to navigate complex markets and deliver sustainable results.
She holds a degree in Communication and Hearing Sciences, which further enhances her ability to connect with diverse audiences and lead multidisciplinary teams. Her strong communication skills and commitment to community engagement enable her to connect businesses with influential networks and foster long-term partnerships. She co-founded Neurodiversity Works, a nonprofit organization providing drone training to diverse learners. In addition to her executive leadership, Nicole is dedicated to empowering others, serving as a mentor for regional businesswomen’s initiatives and championing innovation and inclusivity in every endeavor she undertakes. She served as a Colorado Governors Fellow during the 2024-2025 term, further exemplifying her commitment to leadership and public service.
